I ordered from themarket.com and the delivery was quicker than I expected. My stuff showed up in about 2 days, everything was packed properly, and there were no issues at all. Smooth experience overall, I’d happily order from them again

The seller got back to me fairly quickly and kept me in the loop when I had a question about my order. Their reply was clear enough, and they seemed nice and polite, which made the whole thing feel easy.

I’m giving 4 stars because I did have to ask again about one little detail, but it was sorted out eventually. Overall, it was a good experience.

I got my order from TheMarket and the packaging was good overall. The items were fine, so that’s what matters, but the box was dented on one side, which was a little annoying. I just wish they had used more padding because the box being dented made me worry a bit. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, but still, a bit more padding would’ve been better. Not a huge complaint, just kind of annoying when the box shows up looking dented.

After dealing with so many messed-up orders lately, I was just relieved this one was exactly right. Everything I ordered was there, nothing missing, nothing wrong. Kind of sad that that feels like a win, but I’m happy with it.

I tried ordering a couple of things from TheMarket, but the checkout process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. First my card got declined even though I know it works, then when I tried again the page froze on me. I had to refresh and type everything in all over again. The order eventually went through, but it took much longer than expected. i was just left feeling annoyed and not very confident about shopping there again

I like the product, but it feels like it’s out of stock often. I’ll check back and sometimes it’s there, sometimes it’s not, so you kind of have to catch it at the right time...

My order showed up late twice, and the tracking really didn’t give me much to go on. It kind of feels like delivery dates are being promised without much follow-through.
